BMADINC - REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

THE SHORT VERSION
We run limited drops in small quantities. All sales on dropped items are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse - please read size guides carefully before purchasing. We do however stand fully behind the quality of every piece we produce. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect we will always make it right.
ALL SALES FINAL — DROP ITEMS
All items released as part of a numbered drop (Drop 001, Drop 002, etc.) are final sale. This is standard practice for limited-release streetwear and exists to protect the integrity of the drop model. We produce intentionally small runs and cannot absorb returned inventory regardless of the reason.
We provide detailed garment measurements — not vanity sizing — on every product page so you can make a fully informed decision before checkout. If you are unsure between two sizes please email us at hello@bmadinc.com before placing your order and we will help you choose.
WHAT WE WILL ALWAYS COVER
Regardless of where in the world your order is shipping to, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement if your item arrives in any of the following conditions:
- Visibly damaged or defective on arrival
- Incorrect item sent — wrong size, wrong design, or wrong color
- Item lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the courier or tracking system
To be eligible for a claim you must contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. For lost items where no delivery confirmation exists, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims made outside these windows will not be accepted.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
Email us at hello@bmadinc.com with the
subject line: ORDER ISSUE — [your order number]
Please include the following in your message:
- Your full name and order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the defect or damage
- A photo of the outer packaging if the item was damaged in transit
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 2 business days. If your claim is approved we will offer either a full replacement shipped at no cost to you or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from approval, though the time for funds to appear in your account will vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer size exchanges at this time. Our drops are limited by design and we cannot guarantee that alternative sizes will be available once a drop has closed. Please refer to the size guide on every product page and reach out before ordering if you need sizing guidance.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase provided the item has not yet entered fulfillment. After 2 hours orders are typically processed and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation within this window email hello@bmadinc.com immediately with your order number in the subject line: CANCEL — [your order number]. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Items purchased at a reduced price during a promotion or sale event are strictly final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances, including where a defect was disclosed at the time of sale.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING — IMPORTANT NOTES
Customs, duties, and import taxes
BMADINC ships worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are entirely outside our control and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to predict, calculate, or cover these costs. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
We are legally required to declare the full value of all shipments on customs documentation. We do not mark packages as gifts or undervalue declarations under any circumstances.
Refused or undeliverable shipments
If a shipment is refused at customs, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the cost of the original shipping is non-refundable. If the item is successfully returned to us we will offer a refund for the item value only, minus any return shipping costs incurred. If the item is not returned to us no refund will be issued.
Delivery timeframes
International delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, national holidays, or circumstances outside our control do not qualify for a refund or replacement. We will always provide a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order contact us at hello@bmadinc.com within 2 hours and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping costs are non-refundable in all circumstances unless the error is entirely on our end — wrong item sent, defective item, or our fulfillment mistake. In approved claim cases where a replacement is sent we cover all associated reshipping costs in full, including international courier fees.
STORE CREDIT
In exceptional circumstances where a refund or replacement is not the appropriate resolution, we may at our discretion offer store credit for use on a future drop. Store credit does not expire and is applied automatically at checkout.
CONSUMER RIGHTS BY REGION
This policy is designed to be fair and operates within the legal frameworks of the jurisdictions we ship to. Nothing in this policy seeks to remove or limit any statutory consumer rights you are entitled to under the laws of your country.
Customers in the European Union retain the right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive for eligible purchases. Customers in the United Kingdom retain equivalent rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Customers in Australia retain rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where local law provides greater protection than this policy, local law prevails.
Thai customers are protected under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522. If you believe your rights have been breached you retain the right to contact the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB).
