BMADINC — SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW
We ship worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand. Every order is handled with care and dispatched as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we get your order from us to you.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Thai public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive either email within 24 hours of ordering please check your spam folder before contacting us.
During drop launches processing times may be slightly longer due to volume. We will always communicate any delays via our Instagram and email list.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING — THAILAND

We ship domestically via Kerry Express, Flash Express, or J&T depending on your location and the service selected at checkout. All domestic orders include tracking.
Free domestic shipping is offered on orders above a threshold communicated at checkout or during active promotions.

All delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs processing, local postal infrastructure, national holidays, or circumstances outside our control are not grounds for a refund or cancellation.
All international orders include tracking. Tracking updates may be limited once a parcel transfers to your country's local postal or courier network.
4. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship internationally via DHL, FedEx, Thailand Post EMS, or Kerry Express International depending on your destination and the service selected at checkout. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your shipment to ensure the best possible delivery experience.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days for domestic orders or 14 business days for international orders please contact us at hello@bmadinc.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
BMADINC ships from Bangkok, Thailand. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees levied by your country's customs authority on arrival. These charges are entirely outside our control and are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer.
We are legally required to declare the full commercial value of all shipments on customs documentation and to identify the contents accurately. We do not mark parcels as gifts, undervalue declarations, or misrepresent the contents of any shipment under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations and duty thresholds before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing and cannot intervene in customs procedures on your behalf.
If your order is held at customs it is your responsibility to pay any applicable fees and complete any required documentation to secure its release. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being abandoned or returned.
7. UNDELIVERABLE AND RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, a failed delivery attempt with no follow-up from the recipient, refusal at customs due to unpaid duties, or the parcel being unclaimed, the following applies:
The original shipping cost is non-refundable. If the item is successfully returned to us in its original condition we will issue a refund for the item value only, minus any return shipping costs incurred. If the item is not returned to us in good condition or is abandoned by the courier no refund will be issued.
We will contact you via email if a parcel is returned to us and offer the option to reship at your cost.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives visibly damaged please photograph the packaging and the item before doing anything else and contact us at hello@bmadinc.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order please first check with neighbors, building reception, or any safe location the courier may have left it. If the item remains missing contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
For orders confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier we will offer a full replacement or refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full detail.
9. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. BMADINC is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order contact us at hello@bmadinc.com within 2 hours with the subject line: ADDRESS CHANGE — [your order number]. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch but cannot guarantee this once an order has entered fulfillment.
10. PRE-ORDERS AND DROP ITEMS
Some items may be offered on a pre-order basis ahead of a drop. Pre-order shipping timeframes will be clearly communicated on the product page and at checkout. Pre-order items are dispatched in the order they are received once the drop is ready to ship. Processing and dispatch for pre-orders may differ from our standard timeframes and will be communicated via email and Instagram.
